Zaravya Return Policy

At Zaravya, we value our customers and ensure every product is carefully checked before dispatch.

However, if you wish to request a return, please read our policy carefully:

  1. Return Time Limit:
    Returns will be accepted only within 24 hours of delivery.
    After 24 hours, no return or exchange request will be considered.


  2. Product Condition:
    The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
    If the tag is removed or the product shows signs of use, the return will not be accepted.


  3. Damage or Defect:
    If you receive a damaged product, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened.
    Without an unboxing video as proof, no return or replacement will be processed.


  4. Return Approval:
    All returns are subject to Zaravya team’s approval after quality verification.
    Once approved, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Are any purchases final sale?

At Zaravya, certain exclusive or discounted items are marked as Final Sale, meaning they are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage our customers to review product details carefully before completing their purchase.
When will I get my order?

Delivery time may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro cities: 2–3 working days
  • Other locations: 5–6 working days

All Zaravya products are proudly designed and crafted in India, with our primary production based in Bilaspur and janjgir Chhattisgarh.

Every piece goes through a careful quality check before it reaches you — ensuring that each Zaravya product reflects our promise of elegance and authenticity.
Washing & care instructions

Zaravya garments are crafted with delicate, hand-made detailing. You can wear them in the rain; the fabric and prints can safely handle up to 45 minutes of exposure without damage. However, never shake or wring the garment to remove water—this can distort the design and permanently damage the artwork.

Please do not hand-wash Zaravya pieces. Hand-made elements are sensitive and may loosen or fade with friction. For best results and long-term durability, always choose professional dry cleaning only.
